Lignospan Special is a local anaesthetic solution for injection used to cause loss of feeling before and during dental procedures. It contains lidocaine hydrochloride 2% and adrenaline (epinephrine) 1:80,000. Indications Local anaesthesia for dental procedures by infiltration or nerve block injection. Suitable for adults, children and adolescents. Administered by a dentist only. Key Features Lidocaine hydrochloride 20 mg/ml. Adrenaline 12.5 µg/ml. No-methylparaben formulation. Terminally sterilised cartridges. Graduation marks for correct dosage. 100% latex-free manufacturing process and parts. Mylar-wrapped cartridges to reduce the risk of shattering during intraligamental use. Siliconised for smooth injections. Clinical Data Onset: 2–5 minutes Pulpal anaesthesia: from 60 minutes.
