1. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Standard Shipping (UAE): Delivery within 2-5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and region at checkout.
  • Express Shipping (UAE): Delivery within 1-2 business days. Express rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above AED 1,000.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times and costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2 PM (GST) are typically processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM (GST) will be processed the following business day.
  • We do not ship on weekends or UAE public holidays.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • You can track the progress of your delivery via your account dashboard or directly on the carrier's website.

4. Delivery

  • Someone must be available at the designated shipping address to receive and sign for the package.
  • If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will either attempt delivery on the next business day or hold the package at a local depot for pickup.

5. International Shipping

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
  • Delivery times vary significantly by destination due to varying customs clearance processes.
